U.S. Embassy Koror to send absentee ballots for U.S. Elections via Diplomatic Pouch on specific dates only.

Return Your Completed, Signed Absentee Ballot for November 3: Some states in the U.S. allow you to return your completed absentee ballot electronically. If your state requires you to return paper voting forms or ballots to local election officials by mail, you can do so through international mail, professional courier service, i.e., DHL or FedEx. Please be advised that only on certain dates, you may also choose to drop off completed voting materials to be sent via pouch during regular business hours on September 22, September 29, and October 6, 2020, at U.S. Embassy Koror in Airai.

For ballots mailed through the post office, please ensure the required postage is attached. For ballots mailed through U.S. Embassy Koror diplomatic pouch, please ensure materials have a postage paid return envelope (available under “Downloadable Election Materials” on the FVAP homepage https://www.fvap.gov/eo/overview/materials/forms) or in an envelope bearing sufficient domestic U.S. postage, and address it accordingly to the relevant local election officials.
