Scheduling of Consular Services:
American Citizen Services (ACS) & Non-immigrant Visas (NIV)
Due to the high volume of appointment requests for regular American Citizen Services and Non-Immigrant Visa application interviews, we are shifting our appointment booking to email. To request an appointment, please email consularkoror@state.gov and we will contact you in the order that your email was received to schedule the appointment. Please do not telephone the Embassy to schedule an appointment. If you are in urgent need of American Citizen Services, please call 587-2920 ext. 2900.
