Job Vacancy: Senior Guard

The U.S. Embassy Koror is seeking to employ 6 Senior Guards.

The Senior Guards provide security for Embassy Koror personnel and facilities by conducting access control and visitors screening duties as a member of a local guard program. Detects, deters, responds, and reports potential criminal and terrorist acts directed against U.S. Government personnel and facilities. Senior Local guards provide limited work guidance on access control and security equipment operations for up to 10 guards.

A successful candidate must have the following minimum qualifications: Completion of secondary education, high school diploma, or the local equivalent. A minimum of 1-year experience in the military or as a police officer, or private security guard is required.
English Level II (Limited Knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. (This may be tested). Host County Driving License is required.

Salary range begins at $12,830 per annum.
